Generally, everything in your nightly rate is included. We do however, have the occasional minibar item that you can consume during your stay, these items will be priced through our iPad Guest Services app.

Some other important charges to note after you check out:

• Overly dirty cleaning charge

Leaving the tiny house in an unacceptable state can incur a $80 cleaning fee.

• BBQ cleaning charge

We provide cleaning equipment for the BBQ and request guest clean it after use. Failure to do this can incur a $20 cleaning fee.

• Rubbish removal charge

Because of the remoteness of our tiny house, we request our guests remove their rubbish and take it home to dispose of. Failing to do this incurs a $20 removal fee.

If you've left anything at the house, generally our cleaners will be able to let us know. But sometimes, it's best to contact us as soon as possible after you have left the house. That way we can let our cleaners know.

We charge a $15 fee to post items back to guests after check-out. This fee covers the cost of staff to visit the post-office and shipping costs back to your home.

Kindled has, in the past, offered gift cards, and we hope to be able to do so again, however, at the moment gift cards are not available.
