Dieppe Tiny House

An PassivHaus Eco-Tiny Home

Located in the Southern Highlands Wine Region, just 2 hours South of Sydney, and 2 Hours North of Canberra

Placed in a natural setting, completely off-grid, carbon-neutral & secluded - Expect to return relaxed & already planning your next Kindled escape.

This home was built to PassivHaus insulation standards, meaning that in the winter it is always warm, and in the summer always cool. The house was designed to last, built entirely from sustainable building materials. Designed by an architect, in conjunction with long-term tiny home residents, living so small never felt so big.

The house is situated on 100 acres of undulating bushland, overlooking the lower tablelands of the blue mountains, bordering national parks and uniquely placed to watch the sky and valley change with the colours of the sunset. Be surrounded by Kangaroos, Wombats and the rare glossy black cockatoos through the large windows and in the comfort of a luxury Koala mattress.

1 queen lower bed, 1 king single loft bed, a picnic table, cooking utensils, linens, eco-friendly bio-ethanol fireplace, books, board games & more.
